Want to review my books?
Often I will have free copies of my books available before launch so that early readers can review the book when it goes on sale. I know that sometimes life happens, but here is what I would ask of you if you’d like to review for me.
1. Please actually be willing to post a fair and honest review. (Amazon is the preferred place, but you can post it elsewhere as well.)
2. It’s not a book report or Comp 101. You don’t need to get fancy or spend a lot of time. Just tell people what you liked, and try not to give away the storyline. (Not that I object to reviews that are in and of themselves literary works of genius.)
3. Sharing of the book is not allowed.
4. Know that you will receive a couple of reminder emails from me about posting the review once the book is live.
5. The number of copies will be limited, but I will make exceptions for review team members who have consistently posted reviews in a timely manner. (So if that’s you and the copies have run out, email me and I will make sure you get one.)
